As I explored the digital realms this morning, a forgotten relic of time caught my attention—a relic none other than the Seiko Data 2000 watch. While this piece of technological wonder never graced my wrist, a distant memory unfurled, harkening back to my school days. Amongst the corridors, a comrade enamored by gadgetry possessed the Seiko Data 2000, elevating it to a revered artifact. His daily showcase of its data-hoarding prowess, coupled with its synchronized dance with a keyboard, etched an impression that remains vivid.

Yet, admiration has the curious habit of inviting both admirers and opportunists. In this tale, the latter manifested as a bold bully, seeking possession of the Seiko Data 2000. In a startling display of audacity, this ruffian not only seized the watch but also laid claim to its keyboard counterpart, tucked within its owner's backpack. The gravity of this transgression cast a somber shadow over our community, igniting an undercurrent of disdain.

However, let it be known that the wheels of justice did turn in due course. The watch's rightful owner did not relent; discussions of involving law enforcement and administering stern measures reverberated across our school's corridors. Ultimately, the bully faced suspension, his academic progress curtailed—a resolution that ensured his absence as we transitioned to the realms of Middle School and High School.

In retrospect, the Seiko Data 2000 transcends its identity as a mere timekeeping instrument. It emerges as a symbol of fortitude, an emblem of resilience, and a herald of justice in a domain where even minor triumphs left an indelible mark.

Remember when Mickey Mouse decided to commit suicide?
Unless you lived in the 1930s or are a fan of vintage comic strips you might not be aware of the attempted Mickey Mouse suicide.
