I’m surprised that I actually remember this commercial since I was only 7 at the time. I remember the awkward lukewarm endorsements from the customers. The old people at the end saying “I love this place” sound like they were paid five bucks to participate and had never even heard of Burger King.
I'm sad that I missed the meatloaf sandwich, but it was slightly after my most active BK patronage period when I had Senior out-to-lunch privileges in high school. Wish I had gotten to try it, but not sure if it would have held up to my beloved long-format Italian chicken sandwich.
