Let me tell you about this amazing space-age Buck Rogers Electronic Target Game my cousin had. I remember one Christmas holiday party when I got my hands on it, and oh boy, I was hooked! The game was so captivating that I ended up spending the entire party in a darkened room, shooting at lights with light, and completely missing out on dinner and dessert. Now, that's saying something because I don't usually give up cake and ice cream for just any game, but this one was special.

The memory of how the light projected against his dark blue wall is still crystal clear in my mind. And though it's a bit fuzzy, I can still vaguely recall the sound it made - a mix of excitement and wonder.

You know, I tried to relive those awesome moments by looking for videos of the game online, but no luck. Seems like this gem is a bit of a rarity. Plus, I couldn't find a reasonably priced working Buck Rogers Electronic Target Game - shipping costs can be a real buzzkill.

But let's get back to my cousin's game. A few months later, we went back to his place, and I was eager to get my hands on that cool game again. Sadly, I learned it had stopped working. Bummer, right? But hey, guess what? My cousin's creativity and imagination kicked in, and he decided to repurpose the game. He turned it into some kind of high-tech planetary play-set for his MEGO Star Trek Figures. Even the gun was attached and became a generic spaceship. Now, that's some next-level creativity!

While I was proud of my cousin's ingenuity, I couldn't help but feel a bit sad seeing this once magnificent toy stripped of its light-shooting glory. But hey, life moves on, and the memories of that unforgettable game still bring a smile to my face. Maybe one day, I'll stumble upon another working Buck Rogers Electronic Target Game and get a chance to relive those nostalgic moments. Until then, the memory lives on!

Remember when Mickey Mouse decided to commit suicide?
Unless you lived in the 1930s or are a fan of vintage comic strips you might not be aware of the attempted Mickey Mouse suicide.
