Over the last couple of weeks ever since the official trailer was revealed for the upcoming reboot of the Ghostbusters franchise I have seen some pretty intense feelings on both sides of the fence. I mean the the trailer was watched at the time of this post over twenty-six million times with over one-hundred and fifty thousand comments left after fans of the franchise viewed the trailer.
Many are wondering by the way the trailer opens if this is in fact a reboot, if it might not be a continuation of the series, although many others rightfully feel this is just a marketing ploy. In fact Sony Picture’s Official YouTube channel where the trailer debuted states:
“Thirty years after the beloved original franchise took the world by storm, director Paul Feig brings his fresh take to the supernatural comedy, joined by some of the funniest actors working today ? Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth.”
We haven’t been asking the right question about this new film though..what does the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, the physical manifestation of the Sumerian demon Gozer think about the new film trailer?
Let’s find out when we watch Darren Wallace’s “Marshmallow Man Reacts to GHOSTBUSTERS Trailer”!
Wow…um…that sure became something entirely different at the end…didn’t it. Well, the good news is ol’ Gozer just has to whip up a new form and we will have Mr. Stay Puft terrorizing the Ghostbusters again before you can blink!
