I kept seeing this ad in a collection of magazines I started browsing last month. It is for a carpet cleaning service that includes maid service while they clean. It’s a great idea, but what makes it better is just how classy the people they are promising will show up will be dressed. You get some sort of french maid in a horribly uncomfortable outfit and the carpet guy clad in a tuxedo. Maybe two of the worst choices for outfits if you want people who will actually get some cleaning done. If I was around in 1981, I would have hired them and invited everyone I knew to come over just to watch the spectacle.
