Sharon Stone’s Best Eighties Film was a Diet Sprite Commercial

Stone’s film career really took off in the 1990s, but in the 1980s her best work was on TV, including this commercial for Diet Sprite. In this well produced ad, Stone plays a character on a train who is thirsty for change. She finds that change with the cool crisp clean taste of Diet Sprite. After choosing her new beverage Stone goes to extraordinary lengths to get back on the train, risking life and limb in the process.

Much like Gene Wilder in the classic film, Silver Streak, she does eventually get back on the train, but she is a changed by the experience (at least her hair is changed).
