I was never a big fan of these pants with bold prints, but for a while in the 1980s, I remember seeing a lot of people wearing them. Maybe they were sold on this ad that shows how the jeans are inspired by works of art (that look a lot like textile prints). I was always surprised that they did not take this concept to absurd lengths, by printing actual works of art like the Mona Lisa on their pants. With all the retro trends making a comeback, how long until we see people again wearing Sergio Valente Print Jeans?
