Who doesn’t love Slimer from the Ghostbusters? Nobody. That is why this Slimer painting by Andrew DeGraff would not only look great on any wall, but would also make for the perfect conversation starter. The painting is gouache on bristol board, 11″ x 14″ which is a fairly standard frame size and according to the artist…
I did this painting while I was working on a movie map for the “Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary Show” put on by Gallery1988. After watching the movie a dozen or so times I thought I’d have a little fun and do a Slimer portrait. I know he’s not really a main character in the movie, but he was so iconic, big in the marketing, and a big part of how I knew the ghostbusters best as a kid – the Ghostbusters cartoon – which was fantastic.
