Welcome back friends to another installment of Retro Radio Memories! This week we bring you an episode of the Mickey Mouse Theater of the Air which originally was originally broadcast on March 6, 1938. This episode finds Mickey and his friends visiting the underwater kingdom of “King Neptune”.

The voice of Mickey Mouse is provided by Joe Twerp in this episode, though in the first three shows that hit the airwaves it was Walt Disney himself. Donald Duck was voiced by the legendary Clarence Nash, Stuart Buchanan provided the voice of Goofy, Clara Cluck was voiced by Florence Gill, and Minnie Mouse was played by Thelma Boardman. This episode even has a visit by Bashful from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!
