As a young boy I owned a couple of He-Man coloring books, one of which bore the image above. I don’t remember too much about its contents, except that the quality of the drawings varied hugely.
Some were complex, as if taken direct from comic panels. Others seemed as though they had been drawn by an artist who knew nothing of the characters. Of course this was part of the charm, and if I still owned those books, I’d be enjoying the art regardless.
I have no idea if the image above was one of those that I colored as a child but it certainly has that vibe about it!
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to dig out my purple crayons, I have an Evil-Lyn to color…

Looks like she is upset about what she is seeing He-Man/Adam doing with Teela. Ha, ha. Based on the smiles on their faces, maybe it is a little boom-chicka-wow-wow…
Please, no shipping of Adam and Teela ;)
Yeah, no need, the recent comic books do that for you. :p
I never had a heman coloring book, but I did have a number of licensed properties coloring books that I got from a discount store. Many of them were ones that I had never heard of before & wasn’t even completely certain weren’t made up just for those coloring books (though I would find out at one later time or another that the properties were pre-existing), including centurions & that one with the double-sides action figures that were bright orange & blue aliens on one side & normal on the other.
