Want to eat like a celebrity in the 1970s? Poseidon’s Underworld has posted some wonderful recipes from a hardbound celebrity cookbook from 1978 that was published as a fund-raiser for a rehabilitation center in Hawaii called Habilitat (which still exists). This is a real gem of a cookbook with recipes from people like Burt Reynolds and Carol Burnett. My favorite though is from the always delightful Hollywood Square star, Paul Lynde, who shares his recipe for a tasty sounding Beef Stew. Check out the stew below then drop by Poseidon’s Underworld to see all the other great recipes.
