WCW Halloween Havoc ’89 Promo

Here is a commercial from 1989 promoting WCW’s Halloween Havoc pay-per-view event. Halloween Havoc was an annual pay-per-view event produced by World Championship Wrestling that ran from 1989 until 2000. During it inaugural year the event was broadcast from the Philadelphia Civic Center in Philadelphia, PA.

I love the announcer’s growl in this promo…

  1. David M. says:

This is the first pay per view i ordered soon as it became available from my Cable Company, famous(or infamous as the case my be) for The Refer-Eye Cam, and the Hilariously Awful Cage Match with The Fake Electric Chair that was used in it.

  2. DollarDave says:

The electric chair was so bad it was fantastic. Abdullah strapped to the chair with Cactus Jack flipping the switch back and forth. Classic lame WCW
