Here is a commercial from 1989 promoting WCW’s Halloween Havoc pay-per-view event. Halloween Havoc was an annual pay-per-view event produced by World Championship Wrestling that ran from 1989 until 2000. During it inaugural year the event was broadcast from the Philadelphia Civic Center in Philadelphia, PA.

This is the first pay per view i ordered soon as it became available from my Cable Company, famous(or infamous as the case my be) for The Refer-Eye Cam, and the Hilariously Awful Cage Match with The Fake Electric Chair that was used in it.
The electric chair was so bad it was fantastic. Abdullah strapped to the chair with Cactus Jack flipping the switch back and forth. Classic lame WCW
