The Kids’ Guide to the Internet

“Now that I’ve gotten on the internet, I’d rather be on my computer than doing just about anything.”

In this video from 1997, a very nineties family teaches us all about this new thing called, “The Internet” and why it is such an exciting place to be. I wonder how many copies of this guide were distributed? If so, did kids actually sit through it? If so I wonder if they noticed how awkward things were in this family’s house. From their stilted interaction between the kids and parent to the odd placement of the household computer, this video just keeps on giving.
