1996 NBC Network ID

I love network IDs and bumpers and I must admit I have a soft spot for the NBC Peacock. They have using him lately (not often enough), which has made me very happy, but this is not the only time we have seen the Peacock revived. He had a nice little run in the 1990s as well.

I’m with you on the love for broadcast bumps and IDs!
Out of all three of the big networks, NBC leads the way; first with their 3-tone chime ID and then with their NBC Peacock “In Color” logo/ID.

But for me, nothing is better than ABC’s “The 4:30 MOVIE” intro and theme music!
