Classic Postcards from San Francisco

Sometimes I like to go a little “classic-retro”. Usually that means buying old photos and postcards at flea markets and garage sales. I got a pretty decent collection going and thought I would share two from the City by the Bay. Both are hotel postcards. One is the famous Mark Hopkins which is still popular today. The other is the Ramona Hotel which I am pretty sure doesn’t exist anymore, but I could be wrong.

If people like these type of postcards I will post more from time to time.

Yes please do post more. I always find them a fascinating time capsule of years gone by.

It would be great if other retro readers could contribute old postcards from around the world too.
