E.T. Boogie by The Extra T’s

E.T. Boogie was written by The Extra T’s Freddy Stonewall and Henry Stone and released on Sunnyview Records in 1982. The song uses and re-uses a famous line from the Steven Spielberg film and from what I understand it was not approved (call in the lawyers!) That did not cut down on its popularity of the song, especially as time went on. It would appear on Strictly Breaks Volume 4 and be sampled in Busta Rhymes’ Dangerous.

The original E.T. Boogie – EP also contained I Like It (Corn Flakes) and Flash Boogie.
