I’ve stated before on the site that my musical education as a kid was pretty stunted. I had records and such when I was little so it’s not like music was forbidden in my house, it’s just we never listened to anything past the Beatles. My first cassette tape that I purchased with my own money…was Walt Disney’s The Little Mermaid and for the next couple of years what music I began to buy was mostly from soundtracks. This did lead me to bigger and better things naturally. Like this absolutely wonderful song “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone from 1965 which was featured in 1993’s Point of No Return.

This song was also featured in the WWII era sandbox title, The Saboteur. Which everyone should check out by the way because besides being a fun game it has a fantastic soundtrack.
