    I find this humorous, considering my grandmother worked in payroll for IBM for many, many years and retired sometime in the early 90’s, I don’t think she ever learned how to use Windows. DOS all the way.

  2. Windows didn’t become common in the work place until the mid-90s, so Amber is right, it was still DOS. Folks who had BASIC in ROM computers in the early days probably felt at home with DOS =)
