Wooly Willy

I’m sure most of you remember Wooly Willy. I had one of these as a kid and remember taking it on road trips and giving ol’ Willy many an interesting hair-do to kill the time.

I’ll bet few kids these days take Wooly Willy with them on a road trip. Instead they take their iPods, iPhones and iPads. Well, good news for you — Wooly Willy is available for those devices, too!

For only $0.99, you too can drag Wooly Willy into the digital age and give him goofy hair-dos, just like you did as a kid.

We had generic Wooly Willies that my dad brought home from the store where he worked. They were heads with bodies, which led to hilarious bits of inappropriatness by me and my sister.

  2. Thanks for the Wooly Willy memory. Wooly Willy is still made in Smethport PA. If you get a chance visit the Wooly Willy Wonderdaze in June.

I loved those games as a kid. I noticed some Wooly Willy games at the Dollar Tree the other day. Plus the original Wham-O super balls. You gotta’ love Dollar Tree.
