I Ain’t Afraid of no Stale Gum!

I ran across this little gem while out thrifting last weekend.

The box contains dozens of unopened packages of Ghostbusters II collectors cards. I decided to pick the box up and use the cards for stocking stuffers — and by that I mean I’m going to put them in my own stocking, and open them all up on Christmas morning!

  1. I had a few packs of Batman (’89) movie cards, and they came with the gum. I (of course) tried the gum.

You know how they tell you not to drink the water in Mexico? Same could be said for eating gum from 1989.

  2. Flack, that is awesome! Considering how back in the day that you easily had a 50% chance to to cut the walls of your mouth with the free ‘Gum’…you could probably use it cut through solid steel now. ;)

Good find Flack. I found a whole box of Dinosaurs Attack cards on my last trip to Siloam Springs. I need to share with all you Retroist fans somehow.
