This is interesting to me both for the arcade game itself, and that I was unaware flipper failure was a big issue.
98% of pinball related deaths are caused by Flipper Failure.
The Retroist is quite right…I heard that one of the Cenobites in Hellraiser III was going to be called Pinball Head. ;)
