Bert from Sesame Street Interviews Andy Samberg

I have no idea why this interview show is not on every night, I found it awkward, odd and of course wonderful. So going Sesame Street’s Bert as he sits down with comedian and Saturday Night Live cast member, Andy Samberg, to talk about life, literature, cuisine and of course, socks.

  1. I just finished watching and have a huge smile on my face. That was so engaging–merely for the surreal awkwardness of the whole thing.
    There’s a puppet… interviewing an SNL star… and he’s asking questions a 5 year old would ask.
Between this and Zach’s “Between Two Ferns” I don’t think I can watch “regular” talk shows again.

  2. Agreed, I am hoping this become at least a monthly web feature from the Sesame Street folks. If it was on TV, say a short show on Adult Swim, I would tune in every night.

  3. Bert is a genius, and he brings out the best in his interviewee. I found this interview riveting, and I learned a lot of useful new information.

  4. Atari Adventure Square says:

I’m so very glad Bert has a new gig and is so great at it.

I’d also love to see his interviews on a regular basis.
