Great Early 1980s Gaming Station

Bravo Mike, your setup was exactly what I was aiming for back in the 1980s. I one time found a desk that someone was throwing out that had the upper shelving, but while trying to drag it home it broke apart. I was devastated and very upset for days afterward. Mike’s setup is what I was shooting for, although I would not have place my Atari on top so that the joystick wire crossed in front of the TV (and my TV was B&W).

Sweet! Looks exactly like my old setup. … wait is that me? (runs of to look in photo albums…)

Excellent. This brings back memories to be sure. I can’t tell…what is Mike playing? Sub-Hunt?

Check out the Adam with the top cover off and the very rare Adam disk drive!

I wonder if mom took the picture? if so, I wonder what she was thinking?…
is this candid you think? or “mom take a picture of my setup so I can send it to cousin fred!”

  5. I imagine it was candid, but I would be proud of it. I don’t have possession of it, but their is a photo of me as a kid laying in bed sick with my Commodore 128 in the bed with me. I was always very happy with that pic.
