Jermaine Jackson and DEVO – Let Me Tickle Your Fancy

“Let Me Tickle Your Fancy” was a hit for Jermaine back in the day, it reached #18 on the Billboard Hot 100, and DEVO did that backing vocals for the song. In this “live” performance of the song from a 1982 Mtv Halloween Special, Jermaine, Mark and Jerry lip synch and mime the song pretty well. Not a huge fan of the song itself, but an interesting cultural artifact from DEVO’s heyday.

BTW, does anyone else think this song sounds vaguely like Pink Cadillac as covered by the Pointer Sisters?

I love you for your pink Cadillac
    Crushed velvet seats
Riding in the back, oozing down the street…
