“Super Mario World” for Piano and Tap Dance is a Great Way to Start your Morning

We mentioned Scott Bradlee here on the site before for his ragtime interpretations the music of the 1980s. Well he is back again and this time he brought his friend and Astoria neighbor Alex MacDonald, who stopped by to lend his awesome tap dance skills to a stride piano version of the “Super Mario World” theme song.

I agree with Scott when he says “It’s about time that Nintendo, stride piano, and tap dance were combined into one supergroup.” Of course I did not realize it before the video, but now…
