This is an extra from the upcoming Blu-Ray Tron: Legacy release, due out on April 5th. It’s incredible. Mind-blowing. Full of fun. Full of SPOILERS!
Like many of you that visit the site, I drank the delicious Kool-Aid that was the Flynn Lives ARG, and this is an incredible thank you from Disney in my opinion for all of that hard work.
Video originally posted by Anton has been taken down (and his account deleted), but the video is spreading, so keep telling your friends. FLYNN LIVES!
From what I understand, Zebra had an incredibly talented frontman. From what I see in this video, they were probably a little too philosophical for their own good. But they could still churn out a great song and an even greater video. Another of the first I ever saw (saw this one at grandma’s house, actually, on some network video show), but unfortunately one that’s hard to find. If you ignore the homemade first part of this video, you’ll find the MTV version of “Who’s Behind The Door”.
Do you know Kung-Fu? Well, I sure don’t, so stop looking at me like that. What is this here on the shelf? Yes! It’s an official Bruce Lee Basic Training Kung-Fu Manual! What? No, I don’t think that will stop the zombies at the door but you’ll look cool while you fight ‘em!
Another Tom and Jerry release from Warner Bros, this time with 14 cartoons that make for a great weekend of cartoon watching. A great selection because Jerry finally gets some love in this release, including a cartoon where Jerry comes out on top. (Timid Tabby).
The animated shorts in this collection include:
* Barbecue Brawl (1956)
* Happy Go Ducky (1958)
* Hic-cup Pup (1954)
* Little Quacker (1950)
* Rock ‘n’ Rodent (1967)
* Neapolitan Mouse (1954)
* That’s My Mommy (1955)
* Pet Peeve (1954)
* Pup on a Picnic (1955)
* O-Solar-Meow (1966)
* Robin Hoodwinked (1958)
* Guided Mouse-ille (1966)
* Timid Tabby (1957)
* The Vanishing Duck (1958)
Great stuff. here is the overview from the DVD:
They’re at it again – hilariously – in a new and nutty 14-cartoon collection! In this corner, a perturbed pussycat. In the other corner, a mischievous mouse. Let the comedic mayhem begin with this menagerie of 14 fur-flying dust-ups. The tussling twosome travel through time (Guided Mouse-ille), to Europe (Neapolitan Mouse) and into space (O-Solar-Meow). And it’s two against one when Tom’s scaredy-cat cousin George comes to town in Timid Tabby. But Jerry comes out on top time and again in Pet Peeve, That’s My Mommy and Robin Hoodwinked. This collection’s classic cartoons starring your family’s longstanding favorite cat and mouse duo again prove that as their rivalry is neverending, so are the joy and the laughs they spark!
