On the night of February 18, 1990 when NBC aired the final of three Incredible Hulk TV movies, my Family was in the living room and tuning in to see if the title would prove true…would they really kill David Banner/Hulk.
For a fan who grew up with the CBS television show, I thought it was pretty sad…not that it didn’t leave itself a door open to return. But of course the late great Bill Bixby passed away before something like that could be put into production. One of the reasons my Family was ready to see the TV movie was as I’ve mentioned before on the Retroist, watching Entertainment Tonight was an almost nightly ritual.
Thanks to BigGlee Archvies (If you couldn’t tell from the giant imprint on the photo at the top of the post) you can see the onset visit for The Death of the Incredible Hulk, including when a stunt doesn’t go quite as planned.
Hulk SMASH puny walls!
