The Unaired Pilot From The Orson Welles Talk Show

Friends. I just found this. I have not had time to view it all, but I wanted to make sure everyone got a chance to see this as soon as possible. The first minutes alone make it worth clicking play, however I would imagine the entire hour + change is worth your time.

Patrick J. Doody is a horror nerd and Mexican Pepsi enthusiast living in Los Angeles. Along with his writing and producing partner Chris Valenziano, he has been involved in such terrorific projects as Silent Hill: Homecoming for Konami, Scream Awards for Spike TV and Ghostfacers: The Web Series for Warner Brothers. Their film Beneath, starring Jeff Fahey, won Best Picture at Screamfest and is currently available on Netflix.

    Just that intro, with the odd camera choices, quick-cuts, and Welles narrative drive is unsettling, intriguing, and a bold choice for TV – let alone a talk show of that era.
