1988’s Bloodsport Now With 100% More Mentos!

To say that Jean-Claude Van Damme’s Bloodsport was a popular VHS rental at the little Mom and Pop store that I first worked at in the late 80s is something of an understatement. I mean the Manager had to keep ordering extra copies because fans of the film would just keep it and pay the fee for a “lost” movie.

I don’t believe while ever watching the film for myself that I realized it was missing something…something like Mentos, the freshmaker!

I’m not sure who created this video mashup but I certainly salute them for their work.

  1. Atari Adventure Square says:

    This is genius.

Been on a Van Damme movie kick lately.
He’s a good sport (ahem) about his persona and movies.
    Wish him all the best.
