Mike Schmidt was an amazing baseball player. He was a twelve-time All-Star and a three-time winner of the National League’s Most Valuable Player Award. He hit 548 home runs and batted in 1,595 runs, leading the National League in homers eight times and RBIs four times. But that’s not all, he also won the National League Gold Glove Award as a third basemen ten times and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1995.
Some consider him one of the greatest third basemen to every play baseball. Was it natural talent? Heck no. It was the performance boost he got wearing his Lee Riders Jeans.
