Nintendo Icons Illustrated As Covers To Pulp Novels!

I am a big fan of pulp fiction literature, especially the likes of the Shadow, Doc Savage, The Spider, G-8 and His Battle Aces, and of course Captain Satan! I also on occassion pick up some of the Hard Case Crime books like the amazing Joyland by Stephen King that came out last year. So believe me when I say that if I was in my local book store and happened to walk by an aisle that had these covers by Ástor Alexander for a Metroid or Super Mario Bros. pulp novel I would pick them up in a second.

Super Mario Bros - Nintendo - Ástor Alexander

A big thanks to GeekTyrant for the heads up on Alexander’s fantastic artwork, you can visit the site to check out some of his other work though be warned some art might not be considered safe for work.
