This early 1980s ad is a ringing endorsement for the Snickers if ever I heard one. If fact, after seeing this I am not sure how all snack foods did not latch onto the concept of a “distracted stomach” as a selling point.
If anyone from Skittles is reading this, please abandon the rainbow and maybe go with something like, “Skittles really help pass the time.” You can use an image of me on the couch, looking bored with my fingers and face streaked with Skittle dye.
