Grandpa wants his McDonalds’ Lego Set

Lego are fun for all ages, so it is sort of unfair for poor Grandpa to have to sit there and watch as everyone else at the table get to play with their Happy Meal toy. Luckily Grandma is there to help out ol’ Grandpa. But what about Grandma you ask? Don’t worry about her, she goes into the kitchen, pours herself and over-sized goblet of white wine, finishes her Chicken McNuggets and goes to work on the Lego Firehouse she bought herself last week.

  1. Ah, the good old days. When burger joints gave out decent toys, when legos left it up to your imagination, and when mcdonalds used fun happy meal boxes instead of cheapass bags.
I used to have a bunch of the lego sets from mcdonalds. Any time I hear the theme from heathcliff & the cadillac cats or he-man, I immediately rember sitting there playing with a couple of the red race car sets while watching the toons. I had made “transformers” out of the racecars, moving a few pieces to change them into robots. These lego “transformers” were right at home next to my cheapo cereal box space shuttle “transformer”.
