If you are like me and lived through the 1980s, you have dreamed about opening an arcade. This letter and its response seems to spell out a very common problem about opening an arcade, ordinances. It seemed like every kid in my hometown knew the reason that we never had that arcade we dreamed about was the invisible hand of the government and I always wondered what was going on in the rest of the country. I wonder if the writer of this letter ever got things moving?
