I like this commercial from 1972. It shows some Halloween costumed kids enjoying the fruits of their labor in a very natural way. They have some mellow music in the background and an equally mellow narrator. It is all going perfectly until the 14 or 15 second mark. Then this kid pops the top off their bar and starts to bite right into the tinfoil. Why??
Has this kid never eaten a chocolate bar before or were they so high on chocolate and sugar that logic and reason ceased to rule and a grim orgy of candy bar wrapper eating began? It hurts my fillings just watching this…
