I do not wear contact lenses, but I have known many people who made the switch from glasses to contacts. Not one of them was ever this intense about them, even when they were told they wouldn’t be able to wear them due to special needs. I can only assume that she was traumatized while wearing her glasses or by somewhere glasses that left her damaged and needing a change. Or maybe the person who traumatized her is still there, filming this “commercial” and telling her repeatedly to stick her hand under her chin and engage in distracting hand motions.
