Enjoy Blondie’s genre-busting hit “Rapture”

“Rapture” is a song by the legendary genre straddling band, Blondie. It is from their 5th studio album, Autoamerican, which was released in November of 1980. The video debuted in 1981 and it was the first “rap” video ever broadcast on MTV.

I remember watching this video as a kid and I was mesmerized by the song and of course by dancer William Barnes in his white suit and top hat.
