The 2013 Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show

In just a few weeks, June 7th through the 8th, the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show will be going on in its new home at the Tacoma Convention Center in Washington State. Every year the local pinball and arcade collectors bring their collection of games to the show and set them to free play for everyone to enjoy. We are expecting over 350 pinball and arcade games there this year and there will be guest speakers, tournaments, vendors and raffles going on throughout the weekend. Three games will be raffled off at the show this year, a Bad Cats pinball, a restored Pac-man and a New X-men Pro pinball game. The admission prices are $20 for the day on Friday and Saturday and $15 on Sunday. A weekend pass is $40 if you preorder before may 31st and $50 at the door. Please see the website http://www.nwpinballshow.com for all the details.

I’ve been working hard getting my games ready for the show this year. It’s a lot of work but it is worth it when I get to see them played and enjoyed by the people there. I’m looking forward to the new location in the Tacoma Convention Center. We were outgrowing our old location and it was starting to get a bit spread out but now everything will be in one big room.

I hope some of you will be able to make it and if you do try and track me down to say hi. Just stop by the game medic station and ask for Matt or blinddog someone should be able to point me out. A lot of the games I have talked about on this site will be there. Here is a sneak peek at some of the games I’ll be bringing.

It is an Atari Assault, a pretty good tank combat game. It’s one of my newer games.
