Happy May 4th everyone! Thanks to Chulo_2’s Flickr Page we can travel back to 1977 and see what it was like visiting with Darth Vader in Omaha!

From Chulo_2: “In 1977 my dad took me to meet Darth Vader somewhere in Omaha, but I can’t remember where. I do remember that I got to leave school early to do it! I recall seeing the movie for the first time at the Indian Hills Movie Theater in Omaha (which was long ago demolished). The film my dad shot was (obviously) not developed until 1978.”

This photo is also part of the the Growing Up Star Wars Flickr Pool and make sure to visit because there is a ton of photos that will certainly bring a smile to your face.
