Just last month we shared a wonderful fan art poster for the classic Ridley Scott directed Blade Runner and now thanks to io9 and Reddit we have the notes from a screening of the film from some of the Producers of the film and as you’ll see below…they weren’t happy with it.
Check out the negativity for the narration of the film, a matter they insisted Ridley Scott do in the first place.

I love the 16th note about the characters of Deckard and Rachel being in the apartment too long…yeesh.

Oh wow. As someone who deals with a lot of notes in his line of work, this is just…hard to read, but impossible to ignore.
Totally posting on FB. All my friends will LOVE. Thanks Vic for the awesome post!
Thank you for the very kind words as always, Patrick! Though I’m not in the movie-making profession it is what I wanted to be in so I always find this stuff just amazing. :)
If this was me, here would’ve been my notes:
THIS STINKS!
THS IS WHAT WE GET WHEN HE’S AWARDED CARTE BLANCHE AFTER “ALIEN”?!?
JEEZ, I BET THIS GUY WOULD EVEN SCREW UP THE SEQUEL ….
I agree with most of these. It is a boring movie and I didn’t know a single person that liked it when it came out. It’s popularity is an invention of the Internet, although I admit the visuals have aged well.
Some months I love Blade Runner and other months I run cold. Visually it is very stunning and the germ of the film is great, but I am conflicted on the end result and the artistic choices they made.
