Mickey Mouse in Vietnam

I have been trying to locate a copy of this 16mm underground short movie. I have only read about it and I am pretty sure Disney has NO interested in seeing this in print anywhere, so I have had some trouble tracking it down. The plot is pretty simple and short (~1 minute). It has Mickey signing up for the military and being shipped over to Vietnam where he is shot dead. Pretty dark stuff. It was directed by Lee Savage, who also worked as an animator on the series Braingames, and it was produced by Milton Glaser who is probably best known for coming up with the I ♥ NY logo.

This is the only still I can find from the movie. It was posted on Wikipedia. Does anyone have a copy of this film?
