Saturday Frights: The Twilight Zone – It’s Still A Good Life

The Twilight Zone episode It’s a Good Life was originally aired on CBS on the evening of November 3rd, 1961 and introduced television audiences to the horror of Anthony Fremont (Bill Mumy)…a child…a monster that controls all of reality. We never know why his family and the townspeople of Peaksville, Ohio are whisked away to…where ever they have ended up. But as we learn from that classic Twilight Zone episode you must think good thoughts when around Anthony or risk his displeasure and the penalty for that is horrific indeed…if you are lucky “you’ll be sent to the cornfield”.

With the latest revival of the Twilight Zone we were presented an episode entitled “It’s Still a Good Life” and we find that something even more frightening has happened to the people of Peaksville, Ohio…Anthony has had a daughter.

So makes yourself some popcorn, grab your favorite beverage, and turn off the lights. Join us for Saturday Frights!
