Our days are filled with various sounds both annoying and reassuring. Sometimes it is hard to imagine that the more familiar sounds might disappear entirely from our soundscape, but that is what happens every year as progress marches us ever forward. That is why The Museum of Endangered Sounds as sprung up to help preserve some of these sounds. That way they can be posted on the internet to be enjoyed by future generations.
The current site deals mostly with technology and gadgets, but the possibilites are obviously endless. So why not drop by the Museum, enjoy some audio and leave your suggestion for future online preservation.
