Retroist March Newsletter 2012

The Retroist Monthly Newsletter for March 2012

We are starting a new monthly feature here on the site, a monthly newsletter for your reading pleasure. As you will see, the newsletter is just chock full of both useful and entertaining news and information. It is a project that I wanted to do for a while now, so I am very excited to have it kick off and I am looking forward to seeing what direction it goes in the future.

Click on the newsletter to see a large version of it for you to read or download or if you have a PDF enable device, you can click here to download the newsletter in that format. Then you can print it out and read it at your leisure and share it with your friends. The newsletter actually hit the streets in select (very few) towns in the US and I encourage everyone to help spread the word and print out an extra one or two and add them to your local bulletin boards or coffee shop.

  1. vinvectrex says:

My comb is the blue one with the big handle. I have no idea how it fell out of my back pocket.

  2. Paul says:

My comb is one of those switchblade combs. It was very dear to me, but you can keep it. Think of it as thanks for the lols

  3. Ha! I’m having a Shamrock Shake RIGHT now! I heard that they’re going to be more widely available this year than in previous years..

I haven’t lost my comb but I DID misplace my Trapper Keeper.. I think I left it in second period, but it wasn’t in there when I went back. Let me know if you find it! I’ll give a Whatchamacallit to anyone who returns it to me.

  4. I’m going to have to break that rule about punching Horses…the pony will be okay…but that Horse down the street has it coming! He’s a thief, in fact I think I saw him with a Trapper Keeper in his mouth. Hmm.

  5. I consulted a boxing expert when working on that section and he assured me that my list is both comprehensive and factual. Fight that horse at your own risk.

  6. Atari Adventure Square says:

Is barbarous Conan’s drunken pugilistic intents involved in that horse-boxing decision?

Also, I lost my Train of Thought last wednesday.
If it should pop up amidst the combs, I’d be grateful for a heads up.

  7. Absolutely, Atari Adventure Square. That horse is going DOWN! Place your bets everyone!

By the way I don’t think there is a train of thought in the Lost and Found but I do think we’ve found somebody’s marbles. ;)
