I really enjoyed the original TV mini series and show “V” back in the 80s. When the show was on I don’t even remember seeing any of the toys that were released. About a year ago I was driving somewhere and noticed a little run-down looking flea market (the best kind) on the corner of a small town square and did a quick U-turn and went inside. The first thing that caught my eye was a huge “Logan’s Run” movie poster signed by Michael York. I passed on that after noticing this large “V” action figure on the top shelf. I loved it and the nice old guy behind the counter immediately offered a lower price to me than what was on the sticker. He said the signature was by a cast member, Andrew Prine. Well I didn’t have any idea if that was legit or not, I just knew that for $10 I wanted this toy. I later looked up Mr. Prine on IMDB and he was indeed credited with the role of Steven. As well as many tv shows and movies including a couple of my favorites like “Grizzly” and “Amityville 2 the Possession”. The toy is is missing the human face that went over the lizard face. He has a button on the back that makes the long lizard tongue flick in and out.
