Atari Activities On Select General Mills Cereal!

I was treated to a nice surprise yesterday as my Wife came home from work. She had stopped by out local Target store and picked up a box of Cheerios. A smile crossed my face as I saw the Atari Activities blurb on the front of the Cheerios box!

The Activities on the back of this particular Cheerios box is a connect the dots “puzzle” featuring the icons of Centipede. The side bar says there are five activities all together and they can be found on Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Honey Nut Cheerios and of course Cheerios. There are also a few tasty tidbits of trivia on the back of the boxes. My Wife said that only the Cheerios had the Atari Activities on her visit…might explain why she didn’t grab me a box of Lucky Charms.

I’m not sure this is a Target exclusive as there is nothing on the box that declares this…but you might want to check your own neighborhood stores and let us know what you find!

  1. I believe it is a Target Exclusive set of Retro Boxes, from what I’ve been told. Haven’t seen them myself, yet. But there is a lot of other Retro Packaging showin up, including the Retro Sour Cream and Onion and Salsa Rio Doritos,

    Retro Cheetoes and Cheese Puffs:
