Cake technology has gone a long way in the last decade. If I saw this creation by Amanda Oakleaf Cakes on display, I would never guess that it was edible. But according to the Amanda and her staff, the stormtrooper, which stood at 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighed over 300 lbs, fed nearly 600 hungry conventioneers at the Arisia Sci-Fi Convention in Boston, MA.
