Close Encounters of the Third Kind Trading Cards

Back in the 70’s and early 80’s I had a big fascination with UFOs. A lot of us did for good reason. UFOs were all around us, in the news, in magazines, on tv shows and of course at the movies. Close Encounters of the Third Kind hit the big screen and a new generation of UFOlogists were born. Recently on a flea market trip I spotted several unopened packs of CEOT3K collector cards and could not resist picking up a few. The cards made their way into my Christmas stocking and I acted very surprised on Christmas morning. So if you ever wondered what 30 something year old gum looks like, behold!

  1. @plcary If you would have been brave enough to try that gum…I do not think you would still be here. It looks like it’s molecular structure morphed into a cross between saltine crackers and some kind of cheese. Ha, ha.
