  1. Kris Knives says:

Oh Robot Voice truely you are more then we ever new. Great work playing off Robot Voice Retroist, you are RV make quite the team. I’m glad to hear your final Trick or Treat experience was better. If you are worried about bullies you should go as something like a Ring Wraith because one they won’t be able to tell who you are, and two if they figure it out you’ll have a wooden sword to fight them off.

Sigh, I really must get my own submissions completed and posted onto the site.

  2. The Retroist says:

Glad you liked the show Kris. Robot Voice really does most of the work on the show, glad he is finally getting the recognition he deserves.

  3. VicSage says:

Hey now, Retroist, don’t sell yourself short. You were great in that episode as well! It’s always a blast to hear the stories you all have saved up!

I would like to ask permission to have Robot Voice installed at my place of work. Because on these long nights it would be awesome to to hear his opinions on all things retro! ;)

  4. The Retroist says:

He is opinionated, but can get a bit bossy when he thinks he knows what’s best.

  5. MaximumRD says:

Great podcast as expected. Just a little advice to your first contributor HotPinkHeather, uhm PLEASE next time turn the background music down to half of where you had it, too distracting, your voice should be center of attention not the backgroud music which was annoying and distracting, it can set the mood but should not be the main focus, I am more interested in what you have to say THANKS.

  6. The Retroist says:

MaximumRD that audio issue would be because of me. Sometimes I dont get the levels right with the bg music. :(

My apologies to HPH on that one and sorry you could not get her full story distraction free. Maybe I will remaster it if I can this weekend and upload it again to fix it for future listeners.

  7. Atari Adventure Square says:

I loved hearing the Halloween recollections of everyone and it was an honor to partake in the festivities.

I gotta say Robot Voice is right up there with Threepio and Artoo as fave droidal presence now.
He may be pushy, be he’s got a heart of…er…silicon?
    Yeah, gold-plated silicon.

  8. Doug says:

Like the Retroist, I thought Rob O’Hara was Robo-Hara until I saw his name on Commodork. Flack is a cool handle, but Robo-Hara would be cool, too!
