Sadly…I have no idea. Just one of those random bouncing around the internet pics. But I bet every city would like for you to do this on a crosswalk. EVERY CITY. Just remember that it was Claymation Werewolf that told you to do it…you know…if the Police happen to ask what you are doing. ;)
